Our organization is looking for a skilled and motivated professional to fill the role of Technical Support Specialist. As part of our customer support team, you will play a key role in providing critical and timely assistance to customers worldwide.

Main Responsibilities:

  • You will serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries via chat, email, and phone
  • Resolve customer support tickets from initiation to resolution
  • Evaluate issues and escalate them to subject matter experts when necessary
  • Update support content (FAQs, user guides) based on recurring issues and product updates
  • Audit and review AI Bot responses to ensure iterative improvements in the support function

Ticket Management:

  • Log, track, and resolve customer tickets promptly
  • Follow through on each ticket until the issue is fully resolved

Problem Solving:

  • Diagnose and fix issues
  • Ensure seamless hand-offs for complex cases
  • Implement changes based on customer feedback
  • Revise and update support materials to reflect current processes and solutions
  • Work with technical teams to manage escalations and ensure effective resolution

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Recent graduate or 2+ years of experience in customer solutions, preferably in tech or healthcare
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Excellent problem-solving and organizational abilities
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and support platforms
  • Self-motivated and capable of working independently
