
Customer Solutions Professional

Our organization is looking for a skilled and motivated professional to fill the role of Technical Support Specialist. As part of our customer support team, you will play a key role in providing critical and timely assistance to customers worldwide.
Main Responsibilities:
- You will serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries via chat, email, and phone
- Resolve customer support tickets from initiation to resolution
- Evaluate issues and escalate them to subject matter experts when necessary
- Update support content (FAQs, user guides) based on recurring issues and product updates
- Audit and review AI Bot responses to ensure iterative improvements in the support function
Ticket Management:
- Log, track, and resolve customer tickets promptly
- Follow through on each ticket until the issue is fully resolved
Problem Solving:
- Diagnose and fix issues
- Ensure seamless hand-offs for complex cases
- Implement changes based on customer feedback
- Revise and update support materials to reflect current processes and solutions
- Work with technical teams to manage escalations and ensure effective resolution
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Recent graduate or 2+ years of experience in customer solutions, preferably in tech or healthcare
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Excellent problem-solving and organizational abilities
- Familiarity with CRM systems and support platforms
- Self-motivated and capable of working independently
