Business Growth Role

We are seeking an experienced professional to spearhead our sales, marketing, and customer success engine. This strategic position will be responsible for driving growth across the business through data-driven insights.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement integrations and workflows for seamless funnel tracking across Sales and Marketing.
  • Identify and leverage AI-driven tools to improve forecasting, prospecting, and campaign execution.
  • Create real-time dashboards to track pipeline and revenue performance.
  • Design scalable reporting infrastructure to support sales strategy, marketing attribution, and customer usage analytics.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align systems and strategies.
  • Automate key processes to enhance efficiency and inform data-driven decision-making.
  • Analyze complex data to provide actionable insights for leadership.
  • Manage the lead lifecycle: cleansing, enrichment, CRM upload, and distribution.
  • Produce regular sales and marketing reports to senior leadership.
  • Conduct sales performance analysis (conversion rates, lost reasons, ERP performance, forecasting).
  • Test sales and marketing automations before deployment.
  • Document standard operating procedures in Confluence for clarity and scalability.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience in Revenue, Sales, or Business Operations within a B2B SaaS GTM environment (startup or high-growth preferred).
  • Proven experience as a senior analyst or lead with team coaching and mentorship skills.
  • Hands-on experience managing or leading a CRM migration.
  • Expertise in HubSpot and/or Clay is a plus.
  • Advanced Excel skills and strong knowledge of BI tools (Sigma, Power BI, Tableau, etc.).
  • Strong data analysis and forecasting capabilities.
  • Passion for automation, process improvement, and scalable systems.
  • Proactive problem-solving skills and adaptability.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
