About the Role

We are seeking an accomplished Marketing Analyst to drive business growth by leveraging data-driven insights. This key role will be responsible for owning the customer journey, from initial impression to conversion, and providing actionable recommendations to optimize marketing strategies.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Set up and monitor full-funnel tracking across channels.
  • Develop and maintain dashboards to surface key metrics, drop-off points, and cohort behavior.
  • Collaborate with growth and product teams to design A/B tests and UX improvements.
  • Analyze paid media and content campaigns' performance, identifying areas of improvement.
  • Break down creative effectiveness by format, hook, CTA, and audience segment.
  • Present actionable insights to inform marketing strategy development.
  • Maintain a competitive landscape analysis, monitoring competitor strategies and ad libraries.
  • Compile and present intelligence to shape company positioning, messaging, and creative tests.
  • Create regular marketing performance reports, providing high-level summaries and in-depth analysis.

Requirements:
  • At least 2 years of experience in marketing analytics or growth analytics roles.
  • Strong understanding of marketing attribution, funnel dynamics, and customer journeys.
  • Proficiency in tools like Mixpanel, Google Analytics, Amplitude, or similar event-based analytics platforms.
  • Advanced Excel/Google Sheets skills, with experience in SQL or BI tools (e.g., Looker, Tableau) a plus.
  • Able to work effectively with cross-functional teams, asking insightful questions and influencing decisions with data.
