Business Analyst Role

We are seeking a skilled Business Analyst to support our Digital Marketing team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment and has a passion for data analysis, problem-solving, and strategic planning.

As a Business Analyst, you will be responsible for analyzing digital marketing platforms to track key performance indicators, trends, and providing actionable insights for campaign optimization and business growth.

  • Data Analysis and Reporting: Create reports and dashboards empowering marketing teams to utilize data effectively for informed decision-making and strategic planning.
  • Communication and Stakeholder Management: Communicate effectively with stakeholders, presenting data-driven insights and recommendations to secure buy-in and support for digital marketing projects.
  • Process Improvement: Enhance digital marketing processes, recommending and implementing solutions to improve efficiency and effectiveness.

In this role, you will contribute to the development and refinement of our organization's digital marketing strategy, aligning it with business objectives and market trends. Your expertise in business analysis, consulting, or similar roles preferably in e-commerce, marketing, or technology, will help drive growth and success.

To succeed in this position, you should have:

  • 4+ years of experience in business analysis, consulting, or similar roles preferably in e-commerce, marketing, or technology.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Google Workspace, and project management tools.
  • Good knowledge of various reporting and data analysis tools and methodologies.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
