Data Analyst - Data Insights Specialist

We are seeking an experienced data insights specialist to drive data-driven decision making and operational excellence across the organization. In this crucial role, you will manage comprehensive data handling for Loss Prevention, Operations, Quality, and Training departments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Data Management: Manage and optimize data handling processes across Operations, Quality, Training, Onboarding, Fulfillment, and HR departments
  • Reporting Frameworks: Develop comprehensive reporting frameworks that support data-driven decision making
  • Executive Dashboards: Design and implement executive dashboards and operational reporting systems for leadership teams
  • Analytics Tools: Create department-specific analytics and performance measurement tools
  • KPIs and Metrics: Establish KPIs and metrics that drive organizational performance and accountability

Requirements:

  • Experience: 2-6+ years of experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or related analytical roles
  • SQL Querying: Proficiency in SQL querying
  • Reporting and Visualization: Proven experience with reporting and visualization tools (PowerBI, Tableau, or similar platforms)
  • Analytical Skills: Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
  • Communication: Strong communication skills and ability to present complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders
  • Work Environment: Experience working in fast-paced, high-growth environments
  • Priority Management: Ability to manage multiple priorities and projects simultaneously
