We are seeking a seasoned Sr. Pricing Analyst Contractor to join our dynamic team. As a key contributor, you will play a vital role in analyzing pricing strategies and developing innovative solutions to drive business growth.

About the Job

The ideal candidate should have a strong background in data analysis, with expertise in financial modeling and statistical analysis. Proficiency in SQL, Advanced Excel, and experience working with large datasets is essential.

You will work closely with cross-functional teams to analyze market trends, develop pricing recommendations, and implement effective pricing strategies.

Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Analyzing competitive pricing data and market trends
  • Developing financial models to forecast pricing impacts on revenue and gross margin
  • Collaborating with marketing and sales teams to develop pricing strategies aligned with business objectives
  • Providing data-driven insights to inform pricing decisions

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you must possess:

  • A Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field (Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, or Engineering) required; Master's degree preferred
  • At least 5 years of experience in an analytical field, preferably with experience in pricing analysis, product management, and shipping concepts
  • Advanced proficiency in SQL, Advanced Excel, and experience working with large datasets
  • Creative problem-solving skills, with ability to translate complex ideas into actionable strategies
