As a financial professional, you will be responsible for timely and accurate postings of collections.

You will respond to queries from client employees in sales, logistics, and finance.

Key tasks include receiving documents, encoding details in the database, scanning and saving documents, generating AR Aging Reports, preparing upload templates, analyzing customer deductions and short payments, reviewing accuracy of upload files, indicating SAP document numbers on receipts, and updating database monitoring.

You will also prepare Request for Credit Memo (RFCM) by ensuring accuracy of details, attaching required documents, encoding RFCM details in the database, forwarding RFCM to AR Checker, AR Team Leader, and Program Manager for review and signature.

Once approved, you will post RFCM in SAP, check accuracy of posting, update database monitoring with SAP document number and posting date, forward posted RFCM to AR Checker for review, and file RFCM with supporting documents.

Additional responsibilities include reviewing Certificate of Withholding Tax for BIR compliance, coordinating with Sales Account Specialist if necessary, scanning compliant CWT, encoding in database monitoring, and forwarding physical copies to assigned ProSync Accounting Analyst.

Lastly, you will prepare weekly and monthly Aging Reports, ensuring accuracy of tagging short payments/floaters in compliance with agreed format, and prepare other reports required by clients.

This role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and ability to work under pressure.

You must have a degree in Accountancy or a related field, and at least one year of experience in a similar role.
