Job Summary

Accounting Supervisor Position

This is an opportunity to lead a team in accounting and finance, ensuring accurate financial records and reports. As Senior Accounting Supervisor, you will be responsible for supervising staff, managing budgets, and providing guidance on financial matters.

Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as a key member of the finance team, overseeing daily operations and ensuring smooth workflow
  • Manage budgets, forecasts, and financial statements to ensure accuracy and compliance
  • Provide guidance and training to junior staff members, promoting professional growth and development
  • Maintain relationships with stakeholders, including management and external parties
Requirements
  • College graduate, preferably with a degree in Accountancy or equivalent
  • At least 5 years of experience in related roles, with a strong background in accounting and finance
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse groups
  • Above-average proficiency in Excel and other financial software
