Accounting Opportunity

This is a challenging position that involves handling financial tasks for multiple businesses. The role offers the chance to contribute to projects, work with a supportive team, and expand skills in a dynamic environment.

Role Overview

The Senior Accountant will be responsible for working across companies, with exposure to local dealership accounting and BPO finance processes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Handle full accounting cycle for both companies
  • Prepare monthly financial reports and oversee tax compliance
  • Track vehicle sales, installment payments, and revenue recognition
  • Process bank payments, client deposits, auto loan transactions, inventory management, invoice generation, and government agency reporting
  • Manage client billing and reporting for U.S.-based accounts
  • Supervise junior staff and help improve finance processes
  • Assist with ad hoc tasks across finance and admin teams
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Accountancy or Finance (CPA preferred)
  • At least 4 years relevant experience in general accounting
  • Experience in Local accounting that can handle government compliance, taxes, and other local requirements rather than someone primarily experienced with US accounting
  • Open to candidates from any industry; however, a background in retail, dealership, or BPO would be highly advantageous
  • Knowledge of U.S. GAAP – Advantageous
  • Experience in using Accounting Software (Quickbooks)
  • Knowledgeable in Banking and Financing due to frequent auto loan processing for vehicle purchases
  • Strong attention to detail and leadership potential
