As a key member of our support team, you will play a critical role in resolving customer issues and ensuring timely updates.
This position requires a strong understanding of technical concepts such as SQL, Linux, and networking, as well as the ability to collaborate effectively with clients to deliver high-quality outcomes.
Responsibilities include troubleshooting complex technical issues, providing after-hours support when required, and working closely with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Support customers through phone, email, or chat channels, responding to their queries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Troubleshoot technical issues related to SQL, Linux, and networking, using your analytical skills to identify root causes and implement effective solutions.
- Collaborate with clients to deliver high-quality support services, working closely with them to understand their needs and develop customized solutions.
Key Skills and Qualifications:
- 4+ years of experience in a support role, preferably in a production environment.
- Strong knowledge of SQL, Linux, and networking concepts, including database administration and network security.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on delivering high-quality results.
