Customer Service Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated customer service representative to join our team.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

This is an opportunity to work with a variety of clients across different industries, including service businesses, manufacturing companies, real estate companies, private equity firms, tech companies, and e-commerce companies.

Responsibilities
  • Communicate effectively with customers via phone, email, and chat.
  • Provide accurate information about products, pricing, and availability.
  • Work collaboratively with internal departments to meet customer needs.
  • Data entry in various platforms.
  • Adhere to US business hours.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Sales experience and a comfort level with sales interactions.
  • Typing speed of at least 50 words per minute.
  • 1-5 years of customer service experience.
  • Familiarity with Google Workspace and various customer relationship management software.
  • Excellent phone etiquette and verbal, written, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multitask, organize, and prioritize work efficiently.
