About The Role

This is a fantastic chance to join our upscale beauty salon's digital face, managing client interactions, driving bookings, and supporting operational logistics for both in-salon and home service appointments

Key Responsibilities
  • Client Interaction & Support:
  • Engage clients virtually via phone, online booking platforms, and social media channels
  • Manage client inquiries, resolve issues, and provide personalized service recommendations
  • Follow up on appointments, feedback, and rebooking opportunities
  • Sales & Upselling:
  • Promote salon services and products through digital channels
  • Convert inquiries into bookings and cross-sell additional treatments or retail products
  • Meet or exceed monthly sales and conversion goals
  • Administrative Tasks:
  • Maintain and update digital records of client profiles, bookings, and sales using tools like Excel or Google Sheets
  • Manage the salon's appointment calendar and coordinate scheduling with therapists and service teams
  • Handle invoicing, payment confirmations, and digital cash tracking
  • Operational Coordination:
  • Assist in organizing home visit logistics and ensure smooth communication between clients and therapists
  • Support internal team communication and timely reporting of client needs and appointments
  • Track service feedback and suggest improvements to enhance customer satisfaction
Requirements
  • Prior experience in customer service, sales, or front desk operations (preferably in the beauty/wellness industry)
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and/or Google Workspace
  • Comfortable working remotely with self-discipline and strong time management
  • Friendly, empathetic, and sales-focused approach
  • Knowledge of beauty or wellness products/services
