We are seeking experienced Social Media Customer Service Representatives to join our dynamic support team. As a key member of our customer-facing department, you will provide exceptional service and resolve complex customer issues through direct messages and social media comments on various platforms.
Responsibilities- Troubleshoot and resolve customer inquiries related to shipping delays, product defects, missing packages, and payment issues.
- Provide personalized product recommendations based on customer needs and preferences.
- Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate departments and follow up until resolution.
- Maintain in-depth knowledge of our product offerings, promotions, and policies.
- Education: High-School Diploma or equivalent
- Experience: 2-3 years of social media community management and customer service experience
- Background in beauty or retail industry (preferred)
