Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled customer support professional to join our team. As a Bilingual Call Center Representative, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service in both English and Spanish.

Your primary focus will be on managing inbound and outbound calls, providing clear and accurate communication across both languages, and assisting customers with billing inquiries and account updates.

To excel in this role, you must possess strong listening and interpersonal communication skills, as well as the ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage inbound and outbound calls in English and Spanish.
  • Provide clear and accurate communication across both languages.
  • Assist customers with billing inquiries and account updates.
  • Document customer interactions with precision and attention to detail.
  • Escalate complex issues to the appropriate teams when necessary.
Requirements
  • Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish (spoken and written).
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Strong listening and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
