Customer Support Specialist Role

The key responsibility of this role is to provide exceptional support to customers through various channels, ensuring their queries are resolved efficiently and effectively.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat, resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Utilize knowledge of products and services to provide accurate and helpful information to customers.
  • Maintain a high level of product knowledge to effectively address customer concerns.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex issues and escalate when necessary.

Requirements:

  • 1 year of BPO working experience or 1 year of customer service work experience.
  • At least 2 years of college education or associate graduate degree.
  • Resident outside 50 KM radius from TaskUs location.
  • Long-term remote work setup.
