Key Responsibilities:

  • Learn common requests and solutions to provide efficient support.
  • Improve the customer's experience by resolving issues promptly and professionally.
  • Utilize our systems and tools to manage customer interactions effectively.
  • Evaluate and escalate customer dissatisfaction to ensure timely resolution.
Requirements and Qualifications

Must-Haves:

  • Age 18 or older.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills.
  • The ability to type swiftly and accurately (20+ words per minute).
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and Windows operating systems.
  • Highly reliable and punctual with regular attendance.
  • Able to evaluate, troubleshoot, and follow up on customer issues.
  • Confident problem solver and negotiator with excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Aptitude for conflict resolution and customer-centric approach.
  • Ability to multitask and stay focused in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong team orientation and customer focus.
