Senior Python Developer PositionAbout the Job

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Python developer to join our team. As a Senior Python developer, you will be responsible for designing and building applications using Python.

The ideal candidate will have significant experience delivering at a Senior level in an enterprise environment, with knowledge of Data Science techniques, including data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model evaluation.

Responsibilities include:

  • Supporting application design, development, and maintenance
  • Assisting with defining structured practices, especially in source code management, building, and deployment
  • Contributing to open-source projects
  • Designing and implementing data storage solutions
  • Optimizing performance in applications for maximum speed and scalability
  • Using appropriate tools to maintain version control and build processes
  • Getting feedback from users and clients, and building solutions for them
Requirements
  • Significant experience delivering at a Senior level in an enterprise environment
  • Knowledge of Data Science techniques, including data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model evaluation
  • Practical experience of delivering in an agile environment
  • Deep understanding of Python
  • Good understanding of security and performance considerations
  • Understanding of layout aesthetics, responsive design, and mobile web development

Interview Process

The interview process will consist of three rounds: Talent Call, Technical Assessment, and Hiring Manager Interview. The Talent Call is an introductory conversation, the Technical Assessment is a live coding challenge, and the Hiring Manager Interview is a conversation focused on your approach to teamwork, client collaboration, and problem-solving.
