Job Title: Delivery Operations Manager

About Command|Link is a global SaaS Platform providing network, voice services, and IT security solutions.

As a key member of our Service Delivery team, you will play a pivotal role in managing new orders for business customers across our range of services. You will take ownership of orders from initiation to completion, eliminating handoffs between departments to enhance the overall customer experience.

This is a Full-Time position that can be performed 100% remotely, without any requirement for travel to customer locations. Key Responsibilities:
  • Own and manage the entire delivery process for assigned orders, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery of services.
  • Coordinate with internal and contracted third-party resources to meet customer requirements and delivery timelines.
  • Regularly communicate with customers, providing clear and consistent updates throughout the entire delivery life cycle.
  • Document dependencies and priorities clearly for efficient project execution.
  • Utilize hands-on delivery experience to drive successful outcomes for each project.

The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in the telecommunications industry and hold a degree in Business Administration or a related field. They must also possess exceptional organizational skills, the ability to work independently, and proficiency in effectively managing third-party resources.
