
Senior Customer Advocate Role

We're seeking a skilled and empathetic Customer Experience Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for customers, addressing their inquiries and resolving complaints in a timely and professional manner.
About the Job- As a Customer Experience Specialist, you will collaborate with internal and external teams to handle customer needs and provide exceptional service.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, empathy, and a strong ability to work independently. You will also have the opportunity to work closely with other departments to ensure seamless customer interactions.
Responsibilities- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or other communication channels in a prompt and courteous manner.
- Resolve customer complaints in a fair and timely manner, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions, including issues and resolutions.
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop and implement process improvements that enhance the overall customer experience.
- Participate in ongoing training and development to stay updated on product and service knowledge.
- Monitor and maintain supply inventory levels to ensure timely delivery of products and services.
- Identify opportunities for continuous process improvement and recommend changes to management.
- Deliver exceptional customer service, meeting or exceeding customer expectations.
- 2+ years of experience in customer-facing roles.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; degree preferred.
