About the Role

PESO Resources Development Corp is seeking an experienced Admin Associate to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will play a vital role in supporting our daily activities.

Main Responsibilities
  1. Provide administrative support to our team, including data entry, record-keeping, and document preparation.
  2. Manage company vehicle usage, gasoline consumption, and related records, ensuring accurate reporting and compliance.
  3. Coordinate pest control services, utility payments, and contract management, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations.
  4. Maintain accurate financial records, including reconciliations and expense tracking.
  5. Support travel arrangements, including flight bookings, hotel reservations, and other necessary logistics.
  6. Assist with errands, general support tasks, and conference room scheduling as required.
Skills and Qualifications
  • 1-2 years of experience as an administrative assistant or related role.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced office environment.
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills.
