HubSpot Expert

We are seeking a skilled and experienced HubSpot Expert to join our team. This is a leadership role that requires a high level of expertise in HubSpot.

The successful candidate will have extensive knowledge of the HubSpot suite, including workflow automation, pipeline setup, lead lifecycle design, reporting, and data modeling. They will also have experience with HubSpot APIs and basic integration techniques.

In addition to technical skills, we are looking for someone who is confident in their ability to present and lead sessions, has excellent English communication skills, and is proactive and takes ownership of work.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the implementation and optimization of HubSpot CRM and GTM architecture across all Marketing, Sales, Service, Ops, and CMS hubs.
  • Design and implement complex systems using Lucidchart or Miro.
  • Build and optimize HubSpot assets such as workflows, pipelines, custom properties, lists, reports, sequences, and automations.
  • Perform thorough end-to-end testing and QA.
  • Facilitate working sessions with clients to identify root problems and recommend strategic CRM solutions.
Requirements
  • 4+ years of hands-on experience across the full HubSpot suite.
  • Proven success delivering complex CRM and automation projects within HubSpot.
  • Strong expertise in workflow automation, pipeline setup, lead lifecycle design, reporting, and data modeling.
  • Familiarity with HubSpot APIs and basic integration techniques.
  • Solid understanding of Agile methods, sprint planning, and client delivery workflows.
  • Proficiency in system mapping tools like Lucidchart or Miro.
  • Excellent English communication skills—confident in presenting and leading sessions.
  • High attention to documentation, QA, and testing.
  • Proactive and takes ownership of work.
