**Salesforce Expert Wanted**
We are looking for a highly skilled Salesforce expert to drive our sales optimization and reporting efforts.
This critical role requires a strong technical background in Salesforce administration, reporting, and analytics, as well as excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work with raw data to develop insights that drive business impact.
The ideal candidate will take ownership of our Salesforce environment, building and maintaining critical reporting dashboards in Salesforce and other business intelligence tools to provide transparency into pipeline, forecasts, and key performance metrics.
Key responsibilities include delivering accurate and timely reports for leadership meetings and weekly sales calls, anticipating the needs of sales leaders, and identifying and troubleshooting issues in sales data and reporting processes.
The successful candidate will own the accuracy and reporting of sales pipeline across all lines of business, streamline sales processes to improve efficiency and consistency across the organization, and develop monthly dashboards and ensure all sales opportunities are fully updated in Salesforce.
Additionally, this role involves overseeing and optimizing our use of LinkedIn Navigator, ZoomInfo, and HubSpot tools to ensure alignment with business needs and evaluating and recommending enhancements to reporting systems.
As a trusted advisor to sales leadership, the successful candidate will anticipate needs and proactively provide solutions and foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement within the sales operations function.
**Responsibilities Include:**
