Job Description

We are seeking a skilled HubSpot Developer to lead the implementation and optimization of HubSpot CRM and GTM architecture across multiple hubs.

The ideal candidate will have 4+ years of experience across the full HubSpot suite, with proven success delivering complex CRM and automation projects.

  • Develop and implement effective workflows, pipelines, custom properties, lists, reports, sequences, and automations in HubSpot.
  • Translate business needs into technical designs using Lucidchart or Miro.
  • Collaborate with clients to identify root problems and recommend strategic CRM solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Leading HubSpot CRM and GTM architecture for implementation and optimization
  • Translating business needs into technical designs
  • Building and optimizing HubSpot assets
  • Facilitating working sessions with clients

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Strong expertise in workflow automation, pipeline setup, lead lifecycle design, reporting, and data modeling
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
