Customer Service Representative Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated individual to fill the role of Customer Service Representative. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls, responding to customer inquiries, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.

Your primary responsibility will be to provide exceptional customer service through various communication channels, including phone, email, and chat. You will also be required to perform data entry, generate reports using Microsoft Office and Google Drive, and meet service level agreements set forth.

  • Make outbound calls for surveys, lead generation, event invitations, and/or sales.
  • Handle inbound calls to resolve customer queries or close leads/sales.
  • Update customer relationship management (CRM) software with accurate and timely information.
  • Respond to customer emails in a prompt and courteous manner.
  • Create comprehensive reports using Microsoft Office and Google Drive.
  • Meet and exceed service level agreements as outlined.

  • Typing speed: at least 40 words per minute.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage time effectively.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and adapt to different situations.
