Human Resources Professional

We are seeking a skilled Human Resources Specialist to administer the daily functions of our Human Resource department. This role involves employee inquiries, onboarding, and personnel changes.
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Implementing human resource programs, including onboarding, offboarding, and position changes
- Providing guidance on policies, benefits, and leave procedures
- Maintaining compliance with employment laws and regulations
- Managing HR files and records
- Liaising with external providers and vendors
- Staying updated on trends and best practices in human resources
This role requires exceptional communication, organizational, and analytical skills, along with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
RequirementsTo be successful in this role, you will need:
- 2-4 years' experience as an HR Generalist or equivalent
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field
- Relative certifications are a plus
