  • Design and deliver training programs to equip new joiners with the necessary skills and knowledge for success.">
  • Manage payroll and benefits processes, including health insurance, leave, and retirement benefits, while maintaining compliance with relevant regulations.">
  • Stay up-to-date with local laws and ensure adherence to HR policies and procedures.">
  • Collect and analyze HR metrics, prepare leadership reports, and use data-driven insights to inform decision-making.">
  • Audit daily HR cases to identify trends, implement best practices, and maintain compliance documentation.">
  • Develop and update Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for HR functions, document workflows, and train staff on adherence.">
  • Continuously monitor and improve HR processes, automating repetitive tasks, and implementing changes to enhance efficiency and productivity.">

Requirements

  • At least 2 years of experience in operations or a related field.">
  • Proficiency in HR Management Systems (HRMS) and HR analytics tools.">

  • Data analysis and reporting skills using Excel or similar tools.">
  • Process documentation and SOP creation expertise.">
