Job Opportunity:

A high-impact leadership position has become available in a rapidly growing digital bank.

The ideal candidate will drive sales strategy, lead solution teams, and optimize sales processes to boost efficiency and client experience. They will also be responsible for onboarding key clients, maintaining senior-level relationships, and collaborating with the Product team to enhance offerings based on client needs.

This is an excellent opportunity for a strategic thinker with strong decision-making, analytical, and forecasting skills. The successful applicant will have a proven track record in leading sales strategy, managing high-performing teams, and onboarding major clients.

  • Responsibilities:
  • Drive overall sales strategy aligned with the company's growth goals
  • Lead solution teams focused on fintech, enterprise, and financial institution segments
  • Optimize sales processes and implement best practices
  • Develop sales playbooks, value propositions, and enablement tools tailored to each segment
  • Oversee onboarding for key clients and maintain senior-level relationships
  • Collaborate with the Product team to enhance offerings based on client needs
  • Provide performance insights and strategic updates to the executive team
  • Ensure all commercial activities meet regulatory standards

Requirements:

  • 10+ years in sales or business development within financial services
  • At least 5 years in a senior leadership role
  • Proven track record in leading sales strategy, managing high-performing teams, and onboarding major clients
  • Strong understanding of embedded finance, fintech, and financial services market trends
  • Experience in product development, go-to-market strategy, and segment-focused selling
