Seda Manila Bay is looking for an experienced and driven Assistant Director of Sales to help lead our sales team and grow our market presence. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced hotel environment, builds strong client relationships, and knows how to turn opportunities into results.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the Director of Sales in developing and executing sales strategies
  • Manage key accounts and build long-term client relationships
  • Identify new business opportunities across corporate, MICE, and leisure segments
  • Lead and mentor the sales team to meet individual and group targets
  • Collaborate with marketing and revenue teams to align goals and campaigns
  • Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and performance reviews for management

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in hotel sales, preferably in a leadership or assistant director role
  • Strong background in account management and business development
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Ability to lead a team and work cross-functionally
  • Results-oriented with a strategic mindset
