This role involves identifying and qualifying new business opportunities through outbound calls, email campaigns, social media, and referrals.

The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, ability to type 20+ words per minute, basic proficiency in Microsoft Office and Windows OS, and high reliability, organization, and self-motivation.

Responsibilities include lead generation, campaign execution, sales outreach, appointment setting, CRM management, market research, and storytelling. The successful candidate will have 1+ year of experience in customer service, inside sales, technical support, or administrative roles, especially in a contact center environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead Generation: Identify and qualify new business opportunities through outbound calls, email campaigns, social media, and referrals.
  • Campaign Execution: Plan and execute targeted outreach campaigns to new prospects.
  • Sales Outreach: Communicate the value of our services.
  • Appointment Setting: Schedule meetings between qualified leads and our executive team.
  • CRM Management: Log all interactions, track progress, and maintain accurate records in the CRM system.
  • Market Research: Stay informed about competitors and industry trends to refine targeting strategies.
  • Storytelling: Craft compelling narratives around our services to engage and convert prospects.
