Overview

This company is seeking driven and passionate individuals to join the team as Financial Wealth Planners or Life Insurance Agents. The role involves lead generation, prospecting clients, creating life insurance proposals, and delivering personalized insurance and investment solutions to help clients work toward their long-term financial goals.

The role can be done 100% Work-From-Home or anywhere. Weekly pay, HMO and Life Insurance Coverage, and travel incentives are available where applicable.

Responsibilities
  • Generate leads and prospect clients by utilizing sales techniques and marketing strategies to identify potential clients and build relationships.
  • Prepare life insurance proposals by conducting thorough research on client needs and preferences, analyzing data, and developing comprehensive plans that meet client objectives.
  • Deliver personalized insurance and investment solutions by working closely with clients to understand their financial goals and providing tailored recommendations that address their needs and priorities.
  • Engage with clients to help them reach long-term financial goals through regular check-ins, progress updates, and strategic planning sessions.
  • Participate in extensive sales and financial management training to develop skills and expertise necessary to excel in the role.
Qualifications
  • A minimum of college level education; fresh graduates and undergraduates are welcome.
  • At least 6 months of relevant work experience.
  • No prior insurance industry experience required; however, sales experience is preferred but not essential.
  • Willingness to undergo training and licensure exam.
  • Ability to work 2-3 hours daily (for part-timers) and have a stable internet connection.
  • Must have an iPad, smartphone, or Android tablet.
  • Preferrable residing in NCR and CALABARZON for contingency purposes.
  • Strong social media presence is a plus but not mandatory.
