Marketing Manager Role

Job Description

The Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies that align with business objectives. This includes managing multi-channel marketing campaigns, creating engaging content, conducting market research, and collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute strategic marketing plans aligned with business goals.
  • Manage and optimize multi-channel marketing campaigns (digital, email, social, events, etc.).
  • Oversee content creation and messaging for marketing materials, website, and campaigns.
  • Conduct market research and analyze customer trends and competitor activity.
  • Collaborate with sales team to ensure cohesive brand communication.
  • Monitor and report on marketing performance metrics and adjust strategies accordingly.
Qualifications
  • Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
  • Strong understanding of marketing principles, branding, and customer acquisition.
  • Familiarity with graphic design or creative tools (e.g., Adobe Suite).
  • Experience with digital marketing tools (e.g., Google Ads, SEO/SEM, CRM, email automation).
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to analyze data and market trends to drive strategy.
  • Proficiency in marketing analytics platforms (Google Analytics).
  • 3+ years of proven experience in a marketing management role.
