We are seeking a meticulous and resourceful professional to manage and optimize our customer database. This role demands a focused individual who can uncover hidden opportunities by analyzing and verifying data, ensuring it aligns with our current goals.

The ideal candidate will excel in methodically evaluating the customer database, researching customer profiles, and identifying prospects that fit our evolving offerings. By breathing new life into old data, you will enable the sales team to engage with leads that matter most.

Responsibilities
  1. Refine CRM data to support strategic organizational goals through continuous cleansing, updating, and validating historical databases.
  2. Research customer profiles, projects, and public data to evaluate potential leads.
  3. Identify opportunities for re-engagement by aligning prospects with current offerings.

Maintain and Analyze:

  1. Ensure the accuracy and completeness of CRM data through meticulous cleansing and updating.
  2. Develop detailed reports on database health, lead potential, and actionable insights for the sales team.

Achieve:

  1. Enable the sales team to focus on high-value opportunities through accurate lead qualification.
  2. Maintain up-to-date records and ensure seamless database operations.
Qualification
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Data Science, or a related field.
  • Advanced certifications in CRM systems or data analytics tools are a plus.
