Welcome to our team as a Hospitality Solutions Coach. In this role, you will play a vital part in helping hotels and properties around the world implement cutting-edge messaging technology.

We are looking for someone with experience in hospitality, customer-facing roles, and technical skills to join our Customer Onboarding Team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for facilitating client onboarding, training, and ongoing support via video, phone, and email.

Key responsibilities include resolving customer inquiries and troubleshooting escalated issues across multiple channels, partnering with sales to define success and drive retention, and building strong client relationships to encourage loyalty and promote product adoption.

In order to succeed in this role, you will need to have excellent communication skills, be able to manage multiple projects or accounts with strong organizational and proactive skills, and empower clients to become self-sufficient during onboarding and beyond.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field.
  • At least 1 year of experience in hospitality, preferably in Front Desk or Revenue Manager roles.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
