TTEC is looking for a skilled professional to coordinate, communicate, launch, and execute blended learning training programs, conceptualize and implement curricula for sustained business growth.

  • We are seeking an individual who can provide coaching, motivation, and support to enhance engagement and success of a team of training managers and specialists in attaining targets and goals.
  • The ideal candidate will be responsible for communicating with external clients to align on training needs and results.
  • They will report to a Senior Manager, Learning & Development and contribute to a global operation as part of a world-class team.
  • This role involves operating within the Learning Science, Innovation, and Technology (LSIT) Center of Excellence to oversee testing, selection, deployment, and maintenance of learning solutions that use evidence-based, learner-centric, scalable, and data-driven technologies.
  • Key responsibilities include translating ideas from Learning Innovation Specialists into repeatable, documented, and well-governed solutions across four pillars: Process & Vendor Governance; Documentation Factory; Learning Tech Requests & Support Intake; Dashboards & Insights.
  • The selected candidate will review, document, and update documentation for tools and applications used for customer-facing training; serve as liaison between Learning Innovation and Technology and other L&D, IT, Product, and Sales teams.
  • Responsibilities also include reviewing, documenting, and updating SOWs and agreements regarding tools and applications.
  • They will maintain a database of technical aspects regarding access, approvals, integrations, and data security for internal IT teams and clients.
  • The candidate will submit purchase requests and ensure generation of purchase orders in TTEC's procurement platform.
  • Additionally, they will maintain the intake process to track learning technology access requests, troubleshooting, and product support.
  • Key deliverables include creating documentation such as sizzle reels, job aids, infographics, and FAQ guides for demos, workshops, and educational sessions on learning innovation and technology for internal teams and clients.
  • They will oversee the department's PowerBI dashboard for goals and tasks related to enterprise and customer-facing/operational learning innovation and technology.
  • Lastly, this role requires maintaining an internal knowledge base on emerging trends in learning science and technology, particularly in NLP, generative AI, and agentic AI.
Required Skills and Qualifications">
  • Bachelor's degree with a strong background in technology and technical writing.
  • Advanced Internet skills and computer knowledge.
  • Knowledge of and practical application in project and process management, especially agile approaches (e.g., scrum and/or rapid prototyping).
  • Advanced Office skills (especially Excel) and PowerBI.
  • At least 4 years of experience in creating technical documentation (e.g., SOPs, knowledge articles, tech specifications, user manuals) and creating user content leveraging multimedia and basic graphic design.
