Job Summary:

The Sales and Marketing Specialist plays a pivotal role in identifying and targeting potential customers through comprehensive research. This position involves developing impactful lead generation strategies using cold calling, email marketing, and networking.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Sales:
    • Effectively identify and target potential customers to drive revenue growth.
    • Develop lead generation strategies through targeted outreach, email marketing, and relationship-building.
    • Maintain strong client relationships to foster loyalty and repeat business.
    • Conduct market research to stay ahead of industry trends and competitor activities.
    • Gather customer feedback to improve services and enhance customer satisfaction.
    • Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process to encourage referrals.
  • Marketing:
    • Conduct market research to analyze trends, competitor activities, and customer behavior.
    • Develop marketing campaigns aligned with organizational objectives, setting clear goals, defining target audiences, and selecting relevant channels.
    • Create compelling content for websites, social media, email campaigns, and advertising materials that resonate with our target audience.
    • Ensure consistency in brand messaging and visual identity across all marketing channels to build recognition and trust.
    • Utilize digital marketing strategies (SEO, SEM, social media, email) to enhance brand visibility and reach new customers.
    • Analyze marketing campaign performance using analytics tools and prepare reports for management to inform future decision-making.

Job Requirements:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Multimedia Arts, Marketing Management, Communication Arts, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in Marketing, Sales, or a related role with a track record of success.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing channels, social media platforms, and online advertising.
  • The ability to handle confidential information in an ethical and professional manner to maintain our company's reputation.
  • Excellent project management skills, effective communication, and interpersonal skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Benefits:

We offer a competitive salary range of $60,000 - $80,000 per year, commensurate with experience, as well as a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement savings plan, and paid time off.
