
Growth Innovations Manager

We are seeking a Growth Lead to develop and scale initiatives that attract top founders in Southeast Asia.
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a portfolio of initiatives, creating new ones, growing and improving existing ones, scaling them when successful, and discontinuing those that do not show growth.
- Create Initiatives: Develop new initiatives with little limitation on format or scope.
- Grow Initiatives: Expand and improve initiatives post-launch.
- Scale Initiatives: When successful, iterate and build teams to scale the initiatives.
- Kill Initiatives: Discontinue initiatives that do not show growth, with a clear rationale.
The goal is to experiment with 20 initiatives, identify the 5 most successful, and build teams around them.
You will report directly to Hsu Ken Ooi.
ResponsibilitiesKey responsibilities include:
- Strategic Planning: Develop strategies to achieve business goals.
- Initiative Management: Manage a portfolio of initiatives, create new ones, grow and improve existing ones, scale them when successful, and discontinue those that do not show growth.
- Team Building: Build and lead high-performing teams.
- Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and product.
Most initiatives may not succeed; focus on maximizing the magnitude of success rather than probability.
RequirementsThe ideal candidate has startup experience, either as a founder or in early-stage growth roles, and is a versatile generalist capable of strategic planning and execution.
