Job Overview

This role is responsible for managing and delivering strategic initiatives with a finance lens, balancing innovation and growth with smart risk management.

The team provides strategic insights to business leaders in pursuing new initiatives in a sustainable and scalable manner, delivering world-class execution for projects and serving as a learning ground for people.

This position sits in the New Business Initiatives team within Finance and focuses on managing various company-wide strategic initiatives.

Key responsibilities include project managing and implementing various company-wide strategic initiatives, thinking through and investigating implications of new initiatives to various finance functions, and coordinating with stakeholders to gather key requirements.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • 5+ years of project management experience, preferably finance project related
  • Ideally with some tech industry/e-commerce background, some finance operations and business analysis experience
  • Extensive stakeholder management experience and ability to influence people
  • Process Integration Expertise: Demonstrated experience leading process integration, reorganization, or transformation initiatives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to think out of the box
  • Excellent written and verbal communication, organizational and planning skills with solid interpersonal skills
What You'll Need to Succeed
  • A bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or related field
  • Professional accounting qualifications are also acceptable
  • High level of dependability with a strong sense of urgency and results-orientation
Nice to Have
  • Experience with finance tools and processes with some accounting and reporting knowhow
  • Experience working closely with Product and IT
