Product Development Specialist

We are seeking a Product Development Specialist to drive innovation in the FMCG industry. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing product portfolios, developing new products and processes, and ensuring continuous improvement through cross-functional collaboration.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage product portfolios for end-users and industrial customers in collaboration with Marketing, Procurement, QA, and Production teams.
  • Lead the development of new products, processes, and technologies to meet market needs.
  • Plan, coordinate, and execute R&D projects identifying key areas for innovation and improvement.
  • Ensure projects are completed within timeframe and budget.
  • Presents findings, insights, and recommendations to top management for strategic decision-making.
  • Maintain all R&D activities comply with regulatory, safety, and ethical standards.
  • Stay updated with industry trends, regulations, and best practices to drive competitiveness and innovation.
Requirements:
  • Graduate degree in Biology, Food Technology, or equivalent qualification.
  • At least 2 years of experience in product development and innovation within the FMCG industry.
  • Flexible, adaptable, and growth mindset.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication skills (verbal and written).
  • Immediate start available.
  • Onsite work required in Manila.
