Job DescriptionYou will lead strategy, creative growth, and innovation. As part of the executive leadership team, you will play a key role in the conception and evolution of pioneering services to solve everyday problems within the working world. The ideal candidate seeks a perfect blend of autonomy and collaboration with leadership and wants to be involved in shaping the future daily.

ResponsibilitiesDevise and own growth strategies for business units & brands, including marketing services, PR, creative solutions, SOPs, lead generation, and more. Collaborate directly with the CEO on group-wide strategies and initiatives. Implement advanced marketing principles utilizing the latest AI tools and strategies.

Lead marketing and PR strategies for internal and client initiatives. Define SOPs for client project implementation and end-to-end processes from prospecting to project delivery. Work with the design team to enhance social media presence, engagement, and branding across platforms.

Lead growth and innovative initiatives, including SOP optimization, process management, and service delivery. Own the growth strategy and expand brand awareness in target markets. Optimize sales strategies across the funnel with measurable results.

Manage RFPs, prospect engagement, and closing processes. Support the client success team in understanding prospect needs and exceeding expectations. Lead customer/client engagement ensuring high interaction levels.

Align with internal leaders to optimize collaboration and creative planning. Oversee lead generation processes and systems. Manage the creative content used in communications with prospects and clients.

Monitor KPIs and deliverables across teams, pursuing continuous improvement. Drive sales and revenue growth across all brands. Preferred ExperienceStrong background in marketing, SOP, growth, and creativity within online product/service environments.

Experience in creative agencies or similar fields. Robust PR and communications expertise. Proficiency with cutting-edge AI tools and innovative marketing practices.

Ability to balance operational management with strategic planning. Creative background in marketing, content, or design, with a unique perspective. Strategic thinker with a corporate growth mindset.

People management experience with KPI ownership. Experience in process improvement, especially in startups or fast-paced environments. Expertise in SOP creation and optimization.

Background in sales funnel management and optimization. Proven success in guiding prospects to conversion. Customer success experience, delivering above expectations.
