Job Title:

Business Development Representative

We are seeking a highly skilled and results-driven Business Development Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying and converting high-quality leads into loyal customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a sales strategy to meet or exceed quarterly targets
  • BUILD rapport with prospects and identify opportunities for growth
  • Track key metrics and make data-driven decisions to optimize sales performance
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in our CRM system

Requirements:

  • A degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is required
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential
  • Proven track record of success in quota-carrying roles is a plus
