Key Finance Professional

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced finance professional to join our team. This is a key role that requires a strong background in finance operations, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work proactively.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Manage Accounts Payable: Ensure accurate processing of supplier invoices, credit cards, and employee expenses in NetSuite.
  • Purchase Orders: Raise purchase orders as requested and verify alignment with financial records.
  • Payment Runs: Prepare weekly payment runs for review and approval.
  • Accounts Receivable & Credit Control: Send sales invoices, track payments, and follow up on outstanding debts as necessary.
  • Bank Reconciliation: Conduct regular bank account reconciliations to ensure transactional accuracy.
  • VAT Returns: Assist in preparing VAT returns in compliance with UK tax standards.
  • Month-End Tasks: Support preparation of accruals, prepayments, fixed asset register maintenance, and balance sheet reconciliations.
  • Audit Support: Collect and prepare year-end data and assist with audit documentation requests.
  • Ad Hoc Support: Provide assistance with various finance-related projects and reporting tasks.
