Senior Finance Coordinator

- Prepare detailed financial reports, including variance analysis and cash flow forecasting
- Support budgeting processes and internal/external audits through accurate record keeping
- Cash Flow Management
- Regularly monitor and forecast cash flow
- Ensure timely and accurate payment of suppliers
- Accounts Payable and Receivable
- Process supplier invoices and manage accounts payable
- Issue customer invoices and manage accounts receivable and credit control
- Reconcile accounts payable and receivable balances monthly
- Payroll and Expense Administration
- Support payroll processing, including reconciliations and adjustments
- Manage employee expense claims and ensure compliance with company policies
- Analyse expense trends and suggest cost-saving initiatives
- Process Improvement and Compliance
- Identify and implement improvements to financial processes and systems
- Ensure adherence to internal controls and financial regulations
- Contribute to ad hoc financial projects and reporting initiatives
The successful candidate will have significant experience in finance roles within organisations adhering to US or UK GAAP, a proven track record of process improvement and automation in finance functions, strong knowledge of financial reporting and general ledger management, excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and proficiency in computer software.
Part-qualified or qualified accountant (CPA) is required.
