Healthcare Virtual Assistant Job Summary

Wing is on the exciting mission of redefining the future of work. We are looking for a Healthcare Virtual Assistant to start immediately.

This role involves working remotely, managing appointment bookings, cancellations, and rescheduling for patients and healthcare providers. It also includes document new patient and referral intake, input patient information, medical records (CPT, ICD-10, HCPCS), and billing date into EMR/EHR systems.

The ideal candidate should have excellent English communication skills both written and verbal, solid understanding of medical terminologies and practices, and proficiency in EHR/EMR systems. They should also be able to work independently with minimal supervision and be highly organized and detail-oriented.

Job Description
  1. Manage Appointment Bookings
  • Coordinate appointments, cancellations, and rescheduling for patients and healthcare providers.

• Process Patient Information

• Input patient information, medical records (CPT, ICD-10, HCPCS), and billing date into EMR/EHR systems.

  1. Ensure HIPAA Compliance
  • Maintain patient confidentiality and adhere to all relevant laws and regulations.

Qualifications:

  • Medical Background
    • Bachelor's degree in medical fields or pharmaceutical-related industry.

    • Excellent English communication skills both written and verbal.
  • Technical Skills
    • Proficiency in EHR/EMR systems.

    • Highly organized and detail-oriented.
