Call Center Supervisor Leader

We are seeking a Call Center Supervisor Leader to lead, motivate, and manage the dispatch and cold calling teams. This role involves monitoring KPIs, developing strategies to improve performance, and providing feedback and coaching to enhance team members' skills and productivity. The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting team meetings and performance reviews.
