Job Description
As a Call Center Agent at Alorica Philippines, you will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, providing resolutions, and ensuring a seamless customer experience. Your role will involve:
- Handling inbound and outbound calls professionally.
- Assisting customers with inquiries, troubleshooting, and complaints.
- Providing accurate information and solutions based on company policies.
- Documenting customer interactions and updating records.
- Ensuring a positive customer experience and meeting performance metrics.
Required Skills and Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- At least 18 years old.
- High school graduate (old curriculum) or senior high school graduate.
- Willingness to work onsite and in shifting schedules.
- No prior call center experience needed – we provide training.
