Detail-Oriented Insurance Virtual Assistant

We are seeking a highly organized and reliable Insurance Virtual Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess hands-on experience using Applied Epic and be responsible for supporting customer service operations, ensuring the accurate creation of insurance certificates and binders.

This role is perfect for individuals who enjoy providing exceptional customer service via email and phone, creating documents, and managing client records with attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Customer Service Support: Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via email and phone, providing solutions to their queries.
  • Certificate and Binder Creation: Utilize Applied Epic to create and issue accurate insurance certificates and binders in a timely manner.
  • Policy Updates and Record Management: Assist with policy updates, documentation, and client record management, ensuring seamless data accuracy.
  • Follow-ups and Task Tracking: Ensure timely follow-ups and task tracking within Applied Epic to maintain workflow efficiency.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with team members to support client needs and ensure compliance with established procedures.
Requirements:
  • Insurance Experience: Proven experience as an Insurance Virtual Assistant or in an insurance-related role.
  • Apllied Epic Proficiency: Strong proficiency in using Applied Epic to create and manage insurance documents.
  • Knowledge of Insurance Procedures: Familiarity with insurance certificates, binders, and standard operating procedures.
  • Communication and Organizational Skills: Excellent communication and organizational skills to ensure effective collaboration and workflow management.
  • Attention to Detail: High level of attention to detail to guarantee accurate document creation and record management.
  • Tech-Savviness: Comfortable using remote collaboration tools and adapting to changing workflows.
