Job Title: Client Retention Lead

This is a key role within our organization, focusing on revolutionizing virtual assistance services.

  • As the Client Retention Lead, you will be responsible for leading direct video interactions with international clients, guiding new clients and assistants through smooth onboarding experiences, handle support matters with a solutions-first approach, turn client feedback into actionable improvements, and build strong, lasting client relationships through proactive communication.
  • You will also develop a high-performing team of virtual assistants by coaching them to deliver exceptional services, creating personalized growth plans for team members, fostering a culture of knowledge sharing and innovation, tracking and celebrating performance wins, and turning challenges into learning opportunities.
  • In addition, you will pioneer new ways of delivering value to clients by test-driving new features in our proprietary software, providing strategic feedback for product enhancement, creating and optimizing standard operating procedures, and shaping the future of our platform.
Key Requirements:
  • 1-2 years of leadership experience in BPO/customer service environment
  • 1-2 years of client-facing account management experience
  • Proven track record in team development and coaching
  • Strong English communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Experience in performance management and metrics tracking
  • Background in virtual team management
