About the Job

The role of an HR Generalist plays a vital part in promoting employee welfare by resolving human relations problems and promoting employee health and well-being.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Implementing retention strategies and programs to enhance employee engagement.
  • Counseling employees, handling complaints, and coordinating new hire orientations.
  • Managing administrative cases, escalating complex issues, and determining employee eligibility for transfers or promotions.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • At least 2-3 years of experience in HRBP, labor relations, or employee relations.
  • A degree in Human Resources Management, Psychology, Behavioral Science, or equivalent.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Google Workspace apps.
  • Strong communication skills.
