
Senior HR Executive

We are seeking a seasoned professional to join our team as a Senior Human Resources Manager. This is a full-time, remote role that requires expertise in guiding and supporting our clients' HR needs.
The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in managing HR functions, including policy development, employee relations, and dispute resolutions.
Key responsibilities include:
- Developing and implementing comprehensive HR strategies to align with business objectives
- Managing the employee lifecycle, including onboarding and offboarding processes
- Collaborating with senior leadership to develop succession plans and support leadership development initiatives
- Providing strategic guidance on talent management, diversity, equity, and inclusion
- Staying up-to-date with employment laws, regulations, and best practices to ensure compliance
Requirements for this role include:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field
- At least 7 years of experience in managing diverse HR teams
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information
