Accelerate your career in human resources with this exciting opportunity to serve as a key member of our team. We are seeking an experienced HR Generalist to support the smooth functioning of our organization.
The successful candidate will have a strong background in US Human Resources management and be skilled in implementing human resources programs, providing talent acquisition services, staffing, employment processing, compensation, health, and welfare benefits, training and development, records management, safety and health, succession planning, employee relations and retention, compliance, and labor relations.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Implementing human resources programs by providing expert advice on recruitment, staffing, and employment processes;
- Preparing paperwork and facilitating a seamless new hire onboarding process, coordinating with cross-functional departments to deliver an exceptional first-day experience;
- Handling all administrative tasks for onboarding, new hire orientation, and exit interviews, including entering data into HR information systems and auditing for accuracy and compliance;
- Providing an effective and dedicated HR advisory service to employees in relation to absence and health issues, conduct and capability, grievance matters, organizational change, and all other employee-relations matters;
- Assisting in the communication, interpretation, and upkeep of employee handbook, employee directory, and organizational chart, and contributing to the development of policies;
- Organizing hard and soft copies of employee records;
- Processing documentation and preparing reports relating to performance evaluations;
- Coordinating employee satisfaction surveys and providing actionable insights to improve employees' experience;
- Supporting employees with efficient problem-solving when any human resources issues arise;
- Serving as the primary point of contact for employee HR inquiries, providing timely and accurate responses to questions regarding onboarding, taxes, benefits, and other HR-related matters;
